Project Overview
In 2015, I spearheaded the digital launch of Woodland Works, a Swedish company specializing in wooden watches and accessories. This project encompassed crafting a brand identity, building their website and webshop, establishing a social media presence, and implementing SEO and content marketing strategies.
Building a Brand
As a newly founded company, Woodland Works entrusted me with establishing their digital presence. I designed the logo and brand identity utilizing Adobe Illustrator, emphasizing the natural and Swedish aspects of their wooden products. I also constructed a user-friendly website and webshop to facilitate online sales.
Cultivating a Thriving Social Media Presence
To foster brand awareness and community engagement, I established dynamic profiles for Woodland Works on Instagram, Facebook, and Tumblr. I planned content calendars, sourced high-quality visuals, and developed captivating content that resonated with the target audience.
I also conceptualized influencer marketing campaigns to amplify Woodland Works’ online presence and reach a wider audience. This included the “Introduce the Models” campaign, which aimed to collaborate with Instagram models to showcase products and generate user-generated content.
Optimizing for Search Visibility
A key aspect of the strategy involved SEO-focused content marketing. I developed and executed content marketing campaigns that introduced manufacturers and products while optimizing website content for search engines, improving brand discoverability.
A Catalyst for Growth & Learning
This project proved to be a transformative experience. It deepened my understanding of various digital marketing strategies and their effective integration for e-commerce success. Collaborating with a respected influencer highlighted the power of strategic influencer marketing. I successfully blended creativity with strategic planning to achieve tangible results.
