Fogwise: Streamlining Market Research
Fogwise, a Swedish company specializing in VOIP-based automated dialing solutions for market research, entrusted me with modernizing their agent UI. This project aimed to:
- Enhance Brand Cohesion: Seamlessly integrate the new branding elements (logo, fonts, colors) into the existing interface.
- Optimize User Experience: Maintain familiarity for existing agents while introducing a more visually appealing and user-friendly design.
Striking a Balance Between New and Familiar
The redesign prioritized a smooth transition for agents accustomed to the previous interface:

- In-Platform Communication & Collaboration: Integrated a chat feature for improved agent communication and collaboration.
- Survey Review Functionality: Facilitated efficient review and analysis of survey data within the interface.
- Call Forwarding Capabilities: Enhanced call management options for agents.
- Request Assistance Feature: Introduced a direct method for agents to seek support within the interface.
- GDPR Compliance Updates: Ensured user account information was managed according to GDPR regulations. Clear communication regarding these changes was implemented through various channels.
Reflections
The redesigned Fogwise agent UI successfully balanced user familiarity with a modern and functional design. By incorporating valuable new features alongside a refreshed visual style, the project ultimately improved agent efficiency and user satisfaction.
