Background
For this project I executed targeted social media recruitment campaigns for Gränges, a leading supplier of rolled aluminum materials. The goal was to enhance their employer brand and attract top talent through strategic campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Strategic Recruitment
Using a multi-platform approach, I collaborated with the Gränges team to create compelling content and optimize campaign performance. By analyzing engagement metrics and refining strategies, we successfully expanded Gränges’ reach and improved candidate connections. Working with teams in Stockholm and Finspång provided valuable insights into recruitment trends and social media best practices.
Reflections
This project strengthened my skills in social media marketing, audience targeting, and data-driven strategy. It also reinforced the importance of tailoring content to different platforms. Seeing the positive impact on Gränges’ recruitment efforts was highly rewarding, and I look forward to applying these insights to future projects.
